Phishmake Refund Policy

Phishmake does not offer a free trial unless expressly agreed by Phishmake in writing.

Customers should review the applicable pricing, service description, subscription period, and scope of services before making a purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have selected and agreed to the applicable plan or service.

Phishmake subscriptions have a minimum purchase requirement of 10 employee seats.

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate number of seats before purchase.

Unused seats do not create a right to a refund.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Phishmake in writing, all payments made for Phishmake subscriptions and services are non-refundable.

This means that we generally do not provide a refund if:

• You change your mind after purchasing;
• You decide not to use the Services;
• You stop using the Services before the end of your subscription period;
• You do not use all purchased employee seats;
• Your organization does not conduct the planned phishing simulations or training;
• Your subscription reaches its scheduled end date;
• You choose not to renew your subscription; or
• Your internal business requirements change.

The end of a customer's subscription or plan does not create a right to a refund.

Customers may choose not to renew their subscription for a future term.

Cancellation or non-renewal will stop future renewal obligations where applicable, but it will not result in a refund of fees already paid for the current subscription period.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, access to the Services may continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

Where a customer purchases Phishmake Managed Services, Phishmake may perform agreed services on the customer's behalf, such as managing phishing simulation campaigns, cybersecurity awareness training activities, scheduling, reporting, and related platform operations.

Managed Service fees are also non-refundable once the applicable service period has started or service resources have been allocated, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Because Managed Services involve operational planning, personnel, and resource allocation, cancellation after work has commenced does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

We may, at our sole discretion, review exceptional billing or service issues on a case-by-case basis.

Any discretionary refund, credit, or other adjustment does not create an obligation for Phishmake to provide the same treatment in future cases.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly or that there has been an unauthorized or duplicate charge, please contact us promptly with relevant details.

We may investigate the matter and correct a verified billing error where appropriate.
